About ACRAEA is a Brooklyn-based synth pop duo, consisting of singer-songwriter Leora Mandel, and composer/producer Samn Johnson. Their debut single, “Ions”, is the first release off a lyrically-driven concept record telling the story of a queer sci-fi/fantasy romance in English and Hebrew.

LIRA YIN: Drawing influences from a scattered musical background spanning everything from classical violin to tech trance, Lira’s work as a New York City-based songwriter found its footing in 2008 with independent forays into electronic music and releases as a lyricist and featured vocalist on storied labels such as Armada Music, Alter Ego Records, and Unearthed Records.

In 2014, Lira fronted Brooklyn-based punk band Crater as lead singer and main songwriter, and took a turn in 2018 as the live lead vocalist for progressive rock band Book of Harmony. Since 2010, she has collaborated with Norwegian producer Christian Zechner under his Antares 101 alias on an ongoing, expansive cyberpunk dystopian concept project.

Lira faces 2024 with her first solo EP in sight, a further juxtaposition of electronic soundscapes and gossamer-light vocal arrangements.

ROSE RUTLEDGE is a Brooklyn based producer, singer-songwriter, and rogue flutist. She spins up intricate soundscapes built through layering flute and vocal loops into hypnotizing musical journeys. Her one-woman show soaks audiences in sound, inviting them into her ethereal world as she steps into the crowd to create a truly immersive experience.
